Instructions for Online Resources
Information listed in this link, How to prepare for your advising sessions and register yourself for classes online (PDF), will help you become prepared for registering for classes online. If you need to know how to add or drop a class, read How to add and drop classes online (PDF). To view your grades, please click on How to view your grades online (PDF).
Log In Instructions

Scroll your mouse over ONLINE RESOURCES, click on Campus Cruiser link.

Once the page loads, click the LOG IN button at the top of your screen.

On the next page, type in your username and password, in which your username will be the same as your Web Advisor username. Your username in most cases is your last name, first initial of your first name, and middle initial; all lowercase letters with no spaces. To find out what your username is please click on “What’s my User ID?” under the Campus Tab. Your password will be your date of birth (MM/DD/YY). After logging on with this password you will be prompted to change this password.
Example Usernames: williamsaj or williams-shuleraj or williamsaj90 or williamsa
Example Password: 013180
If you are having trouble retrieving your username from “What’s my User ID?” please send an e-mail to cchelp@octech.mailcruiser.com

Once logged on, you will come to the “ My Cruiser” page, which lists personalized information regarding your classes, e-mail, etc.

If you forget your password, click on LOG IN. Click on What is my password. Type in your username, click next.

Help is just a click away. Click on Help link in the global bar to access help. When you navigate to different sections of Campus Cruiser, you can click on Help for information about the page you are on. There is also a link called FAQ. Click on this link to access Frequently Asked Questions.

A wealth of information is available by clicking on the Support tab in Campus Cruiser. Here you will find information about Campus Cruiser, WebAdvisor, WebCT and Smarthinking.

If you ever have any questions, comments, or concerns, you can always click on the Support link located on the global bar to send an e-mail to the Help Desk. The e-mail address for the Help Desk is cchelp@octech.mailcruiser.com.
