| How Do I Get a User Name and Password for Web Advisor? |
In order to log in to the Web Advisor system you need a User Name and Password. If you do not know what your User Name is go to What's my user ID?. If you have forgotten your password, email webadvisor@octech.edu . Your password will be reset to the original password within 24 hours. |

Log on to www.octech.edu . Scroll your mouse pointer over Online Resources, then click on Web Advisor. |
Why Can't I Access the Web Advisor site? The most frequent problem encountered while trying to use Web Advisor is old web browser software. The Web Advisor server uses 128-bit encryption. The web browser software on the computer trying to access Web Advisor must be capable of displaying highly encrypted information. If you are using an older version of Netscape or Internet Explorer, you may have this problem. |
